It’s so precious to have refined how to use my breath and energy, to have learned the right posture to engage in a massage with, as well as to have gained such in depth understanding of the anatomy of the body. Aithien healing massage course is the best thing I have done in past few years. The course is so well designed and teacher Gagori and Nikhil are really professionals who know the subject inside out and their method of teaching is just exceptional. In fact it’s so much more than the massage when you exchange so much with the group and the teachers go out of way when we need them. They’re so much committed and fun loving people which makes the experience of the course beyond expectation which was certainly my case. I spent time at Aithein Healing School to do the Sound Healing course with Nikhil and also Healing Massage with Gagori. They were both well structured courses and the facilities and space provided were perfect and the location is very beautiful and welcoming. Both Gagori and Nikhil were helpful, patient, kind, focused, calm, encouraging and very supportive to everyone in both groups that I was part of , and everyone was included if they wished to be. The content of each course was really interesting and professional and also includes aspects to help each participant to understand themselves more so that they can let go of things that hold them back. The environment that they have created is perfect for the gifts and skills they share with students. I went to Aithein hoping to disconnect from my everyday reality at home and to give my head and heart nice things to focus on, things I wanted in my life.. and I hoped it would help me to find a new and healthy perspective on life and I can honestly say that it absolutely did that! I feel so much happier and healthier now and truly hope to return someday soon. Its been a completely wonderful experience!!!
