One day during the four-week Ayurveda course in January 2020, the whole group learned a Bollywood routine from Slumdog Millionaire. The steps are easier than they look.
During the 4-week Ayurveda Massage Course, one day we all danced to the song from Slumdog Millionaire. It was enormous fun, and the steps are genuinely easy to follow.
It is not on any timetable. Somebody suggests it, and a room of adults who have spent three weeks being serious about anatomy find out they are willing to look ridiculous in front of each other.
Willing to look ridiculous
That willingness is not a side note to the training — it is close to the whole of it. You cannot put your hands on a stranger and be any use to them while you are still managing how you appear.
The dance is where most people notice they have stopped.
