Eating together at the school
Most evenings the cohort ends up at one long table somewhere in Agonda. It is not on the timetable and it is half of what people remember.

Nobody organises this. A course brings together a dozen people from a dozen countries who have spent all day with their hands on each other, and by the evening of the third or fourth day they are eating together without anyone having suggested it.
Agonda helps. The village is small, the restaurants are open late and cheap, and the tables are long enough that whoever turns up fits.
The part that is not taught
You come for a certification. What tends to stay with people afterwards is a table full of near-strangers who by the end of the month knew things about them their colleagues at home never will.
There is no session on it and no way to schedule it. It happens because the days ask something honest of everyone, and honesty is difficult to switch off at dinner.

The courses run October to April on Agonda Beach. Tell us roughly when you could travel and what drew you here.
