7:30 am – 9:00 am

Pranayama

We will open each day with a Pranayama session.

Pranayama is generally defined as Breath Control.

Through the Pranayama  practice, we will learn to:-

1. Activate and regulate our Life Force

We will learn to go beyond our normal boundaries and attain a higher state of energy and awareness.

2. Utilize our Breathing

In Pranayama , we will utilise breathing to influence the flow of prana (life force) in the nadis or energy channels.

3. Strengthen the Lungs

Through the practice of inhalation and exhalation, we will learn to strengthen our lungs and balance our systems.

9:00 am – 10:00 am

Breakfast Break

(Food is not included in our Package. However, there are lots of restaurants nearby which serve delicious scrumptious food)

10:00 am – 11:00 am

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously.

During the practice of Yoga Nidra, one appears to be sleep,

but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness.

Through Yoga Nidra, we will learn to:-

1. Induce Deep Relaxation

We will learn to relax deeply while having a sense of inner awareness.

2. Achieve Better Concentration

Through Yoga Nidra, we will work towards achieving better concentration.

3. Improve our Memory

Through the practices of Yoga Nidra, we can achieve a better memory.

11:00 am – 11:30 am

Short Break

A short break where we will be encouraged to be silent and stay with our own energy.

Silence can change the personality of an individual.

Real silence requires being alone with yourself and being comfortable with that solitude.

11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Sharing our Stories and Experiences

Sharing is the key to emotional bonding.

Sharing our life stories with others, brings us closer to them

and improves our relationships with others.

Sharing is vital if we aspire to lead a peaceful and a meaningful life.

Through Sharing, we will learn to:-

1. Embrace who we truly are

We will learn to accept and embrace who we truly are, without any shame or guilt

2. Develop Better Connections

Sharing helps us in developing better connections and relationships with ourselves and others

3. Love and be Loved

Through Sharing, we will Love and become open for being Loved.

Nadiprana is as a practice of simple energy exercises,

with a focus on energising and relaxing the body and mind.

2. Become Genuinely Happy

Silence can change the personality of an individual. Through silence, a person controls anger and speech. One grows stronger through greater determination and self-confidence.

One is more at peace and free of tension. There is conservation of energy and a person experiences greater inner strength, helping one develop into a better person.

We all know that if speech is silver, silence is golden. Silence helps to conserve energy, to concentrate and introspect. It helps one in the search of divinity. By observing silence one gains goals easily.

Irritability vanishes. You become a better listener. Your speech can now become carefully constructed and well-articulated.

We suggest that you bring a handbook in which you can write down your thoughts and emotions during your period of silence.

Silence And Solitude Is A Journey

What Makes This Retreat Special ?

There are varying degrees of mouna. In karna mouna, or control of speech, other forms of communication, such as note writing, gesturing and eye contact, are still permitted.

However, when there is total withdrawal from all external communication, this is kastha mouna. Eventually all doubts are cleared from the mind, and the illusory character of the world with all its gunas is realized.

This state is known as susupti mouna. The highest form of mouna, when all thoughts are completely annihilated, is called maha mouna.

One Became a shining personality, emanating love and working very hard. Through the practice of mouna he was able to redirect the energy lost in anger in more positive directions.

The regular practice of mouna changes a person’s whole pattern of communication. His speech becomes more direct, concentrated and clear. When he does choose to speak, his brief words carry great power and meaning.

He is able to command the total attention of his listeners, and they are able to hear the deeper truths underlying his words.
