A corporate wellness program, brought to your team

A guided group session with singing bowls, chimes and gongs, run at your office. Five to a hundred people, sixty to ninety minutes, nothing required of anyone but to lie down.

A group sound healing session in progress

Mentally busy, energetically depleted

Modern office culture keeps people mentally occupied all day and drained underneath it. Deadlines, screens and back-to-back meetings produce a specific set of results: mental fatigue, emotional burnout, no focus, physical tension, and a quiet disconnection from yourself and from the team.

A sound healing session is a way of interrupting that for an hour, without asking anyone to believe anything or to be good at meditating.

Choose the session

Each one is 60–90 minutes and does a different job. Sessions can be combined.

  • Deep relaxation

    60–90 min

Deep relaxation and a nervous-system reset. Powerful and very restful; it supports immunity, sharpens mental clarity, and helps people find their own rhythm again.

  • Mind detox

    60–90 min

For mental clutter. Sound is used to quiet the mind and clear it, and it reaches causes that sit under the mental, physical and emotional surface.

  • Stress relief

    60–90 min

Slows the nervous system down so the stress can come off. The session works on removing what has built up, and on how to keep it from building again.

  • Team connection through sound

    60–90 min

A shared session that builds a connection to yourself and then to the people around you. Useful after a hard project or a change in the team.

Why sound, specifically

Four reasons companies book this rather than another wellness hour:

  • Stress and burnout — sound activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering cortisol and bringing on real relaxation rather than the idea of it.
  • Focus and clarity — the vibrations shift brainwaves toward alpha and theta states, where clear thinking and decisions actually happen.
  • Team connection — a group session builds a shared field. Harmony and trust come out of it, which matters most right after something difficult.
  • Prevention — it is far cheaper to run a session monthly than to wait for somebody to break and then manage it.

A one-off session, or a corporate wellness program

Most companies book one session first, and one session does real work. What changes anything lasting is the second and the third.

A corporate wellness program here means the same session on a regular cadence — usually monthly — with the format adjusted as you learn what your team responds to. Some alternate deep relaxation with the team connection session. Others keep one format and let familiarity do the work.

Nothing about it is packaged or tiered. Tell us how often, and we come back with a format and a price, the same way as for a single session.

Questions companies ask

What actually happens in a session?

Participants sit or lie down and are immersed in sound from singing bowls, chimes, tingsha bells and gongs. Some sessions add breathwork, an intention, or a light guided meditation. Nothing is required of anyone.

Does anyone need to know anything beforehand?

No. No experience at all. Comfortable clothes and an open mind; everything else is brought and set up.

How long is it?

Between 45 and 90 minutes for a full sound bath, depending on your time and what you want out of it. Other durations can be arranged.

How many people can attend?

Anywhere from 5 to 100 or more, depending on the space. For a large group a microphone and speakers are used.

What kind of space do we need?

A quiet room that will not be walked through. Conference rooms, open lounges and wellness areas all work. For a lying-down session people need mats or cushions.

Is it suitable for everyone, including senior leadership?

Yes. It is non-religious, non-invasive and deeply relaxing, and it goes down as well with executives as with interns.

How often should we run them?

Most companies start monthly or fortnightly. Some run them weekly as part of an ongoing wellness programme or a team retreat.

Booking terms

  1. Booking and confirmation

Sessions are booked at least 7 days ahead, and confirmed only once payment has been received in full.

  2. Duration and format

Between 60 and 90 minutes, agreed in advance. Any change to duration or format is settled at least 48 hours before.

  3. Venue and setup

You provide a quiet, undisturbed space. For a lying-down session, mats, cushions or pillows need to be available for everyone attending.

An hour where nothing is expected of anyone

Most things a company arranges for its people still ask something of them — to participate, to share, to be enthusiastic in front of colleagues. This asks nothing. You lie down and the room does the rest.

That turns out to be the reason it works on the people who need it most, who are usually the ones least willing to perform being fine.
