About the school
We are a healing and wellness school in Agonda, Goa, running transformational courses in sound healing, Ayurveda, meditation, mindfulness and massage therapy.
The role
We are looking for someone who sees storytelling as more than trends — who knows how to turn experience, emotion and the energy of a group into content that actually means something.
It asks for creativity, consistency and genuine presence.
What you would do
- Plan and run the content across Instagram, Facebook and elsewhere — posts, reels, stories, captions, covers
- Film the courses, workshops, retreats and the moments around them
- Make Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and longer YouTube videos
- Keep a monthly content calendar that stays true to how the school actually sounds
- Capture real student experiences, conversations and testimonials
- Work with the team on creative ideas
- Organise the footage so it can be used again
What we are looking for
- One to three years in social media or content creation
- A strong eye and a natural instinct for a story
- Comfortable shooting and editing — a phone and basic tools are enough
- A good grasp of reels, trends and what the numbers are telling you
- A genuine interest in spirituality, wellness, art, travel or community spaces
- Self-driven, reliable, and still open to learning

Your work should make someone watching feel they are already part of it — curious, trusting, and close enough to want to come.
