There is a total of 108 marma points with 107 being found in the body and one being the mind. This study course will help students understand the benefits of the marma points and how to use them properly for marma massage.

This course teaches the ancient practice of Chavutti Thirumal massage, which was primarily used in Kerala Ayurveda massage for dancers, soldiers, and people who had a strenuous lifestyle. Today it is used for anyone, and more specifically for people who do not or cannot fit physical activity in their day. The feet are the primary tools in this kind of massage.
