4-Week Course

The four-week course is a comprehensive training course that covers the cause and effect relationships that affect the health and lifestyle of clients and how to use Ayurveda to diagnose and treat them using effective Ayurvedic treatments.

Marma Massage

Marma addresses the various points of the human body where the five elements converge. These five elements are the muscles, joints, bones, ligaments, and vessels. There is a total of 108 marma points with 107 being found in the body and one being the mind. This study course will help students understand the benefits of the marma points and how to use them properly for marma massage.

Chavutti Thirumal Massage

This course teaches the ancient practice of Chavutti Thirumal massage, which was primarily used in Kerala Ayurveda massage for dancers, soldiers, and people who had a strenuous lifestyle. Today it is used for anyone, and more specifically for people who do not or cannot fit physical activity in their day. The feet are the primary tools in this kind of massage.

Ayurveda Yoga Massage

This course covers how to combine the benefits of yoga and Ayurvedic massage to bring harmony and balance to the clients. The flexibility and alignment benefits of yoga along with the massage that releases toxins, restores balance, and enhances the natural flow energy in the human body, help clients feel transformed and rejuvenated.
