About the school
We are a healing and wellness school in Agonda, Goa, running transformational courses in sound healing, Ayurveda, meditation, mindfulness and massage therapy.
We believe the most powerful videos do not just inform — they make people feel something.
The role
We are looking for a creative videographer and video editor who can capture the heart and the emotion of our courses. Your work should tell stories that inspire, move and connect with people on a deep emotional level.
Rather than simply recording events, you would be making cinematic content that communicates transformation, connection, peace, joy and healing.
What you would do
- Film our courses, workshops, retreats and the behind-the-scenes moments
- Make Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube videos
- Edit with real storytelling, pacing, music and emotional impact
- Capture authentic student experiences, interactions and testimonials
- Work with the team on creative ideas
- Organise and look after the footage so it can be used again
- Deliver polished video cut for each platform
What we are looking for
- Experience in videography and video editing
- A strong grasp of visual storytelling
- The ability to evoke emotion through angle, light, music and edit
- A creative eye for cinematic composition
- Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
- Basic colour grading and sound design
- Self-motivated, reliable, able to work on your own
- A real interest in wellness, mindfulness or personal growth is a strong advantage
What success looks like
Your videos should make a viewer feel they are already part of the experience. They should build trust, curiosity and excitement, and make people want to come.
